Welcome, if you're here, you're probably going to want to make the Harry Potter Butterbing recipe and how to get it wrong? It's an excellent refreshing drink, but at the same time, thanks to the sugars it contains, it manages to give you the charge and energy you need to continue the day!
Here's the recipe for Harry Potter's Butterbeer
I'll leave you below the recipe of Butterbeer that I made in my video, you will find even more under the list of ingredients with the complete procedure!
The ingredients for about 4 mugs of Butterbeer:
- 6 tablespoons butter.
- 1 cup Gassosa.
- 1 cup Brown Sugar.
- 2 tablespoons water.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar.
- 200ml fresh cream.
- 1 teaspoon rum or vanilla extract.
How to proceed? First we prepare the ingredients, then we take the brown sugar and pour it into the saucepan, add a little water, to make the caramel. I reco
mmend, over a low heat! O
nce you get the caramel (don't keep it too much on the heat), add the butter, lowering the heat. Once the butter has melted well, we can add about 50 ml of cream, little at a time, continuing to mix, then add half a teaspoon of salt and bring everything to a boil. At this point, turn off the fire and let it cool.
While we wait for the cream to cool, we mount the cream so that it becomes nice dense, again adding 4-5 teaspoons of the mixture that has cooled in the meantime. The quantity is indicative, the more you put, the more it will know about caramel/butter, at this point we
can finish whipping. Now, let's take our mug, put some caramelized compound, recommend 6-7 tablespoons, and fill the rest with the stuff, leaving room for cream. So let's add a nice portion of cream and have a good appetite!
In the video of the recipe of the Harry Potter Butterbeer, I did not use vinegar or extract of Rum/Vanilla, but if you want to add them is very simple, when you add the cream to the mixture of sugar and water on the fire, also add the half teaspoon of vinegar. For the essence, add it at the end, once removed from the fire! B
